W. CLARK MARTIN IV
Walter “Clark” Martin IV was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Clark attended Texas State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree and was a member of the Phi Eta Signa National Honor Society. Clark continued his education at Texas State University, earning a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies while working as a Graduate Assistant in the Legal Studies Department. Prior to attending law school, Clark worked for a United States Federal Judge, a United States Senator, and the Texas Attorney General. Clark went on to attend the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence and became a certified mediator.
Clark began his legal career working for a large insurance defense firm in Houston and serving as general counsel to Austin Social Planner, LLC. During his time defending insurance companies, Clark felt his talents were wasted defending faceless corporations and made the decision to build his own practice defending the rights of ordinary citizens.
