Meet Clark

Clark Martin - Houston 18 wheeler crash attorneyClark Martin has a diverse background making him a well-rounded individual. Clark worked his way through college at Texas State University as a Weld Inspection Technician for Shaw Pipeline Services, Ltd. He tested the integrity of natural gas pipe welds onshore and offshore on both domestic and international pipe lay vessels. Clark has traveled through Western and Eastern European countries, as well as the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

He continued his education at Texas State University obtaining a Master of Arts degree majoring in Legal Studies. Clark had the privilege of working for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison as a Veteran Affairs Assistant, helping veterans obtain vital services. He also worked for the then Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot as a Litigation Assistant in the Law Enforcement Defense Division. It is during his tenure with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and Governor Gregg Abbot that Clark began his service to the people of Texas.

After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Clark went to work for Brown Simms, PC as an associate attorney in the firm’s Maritime Defense section. This was a good fit for Clark given his maritime and offshore work with Shaw Pipeline Services. However, Clark’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to go quickly out on his own. Within a year of obtaining his degree, Clark opened his firm. At a young age, Clark established his practice and has continually expanded since then.

Clark and The Martin Law Firm serve as General Counsel to Austin Social Planner and handle commercial matters for a number of businesses across Texas. Clark strives for excellence in all that he does from working his way through school or serving the veterans of Texas. His work ethic is not only demonstrated by his years of higher education, but also by his repeat customers. The Martin Law Firm serves as General Counsel advising small and mid-size businesses on everything from their real estate to employment matters.

Clark connects with every individual and takes the time to get to know his clients. This is especially important for individuals Clark represents through personal injury claims, debt collection protection, and estate planning. Providing personal service to each of the businesses and individuals he represents is a source of pride for Clark. Despite the growth of the firm, Clark makes the time to be there for his clients.
